INGREDIENTS:
- 6 cups cubed watermelon
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 3 fresh figs, quartered
- Basil Oil
- Micro greens
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl combine watermelon, feta, and tomatoes. Stir until ingredients are well combined. Plate with 2-3 fig slices and a few sprigs of micro greens. Drizzle with basil oil, if using. Serve chilled. Enjoy.
